We had our final Lego Club of the season today. The inventions made were great and capable of doing some pretty cool moves. Stayed tuned in August for information about the next Lego Club meeting.

Lego Club in January! Super Heroes!
Lego Club is back in action after a break during the holidays. Super Heroes was our theme and you can see by the photos how creative our members are - what super powers would your Lego Super Hero have if you made one? We read a chapter from Melvin Beederman, Super Hero and decided we were really curious about the adventures Melvin would have! A quick slideshow with photos of creations other kids had made and then it was on to building! Here are the great creations made by kids in the Club.
Come to the next Lego Club meeting on Saturday, February 12th at 2:30. The Wild West will be the theme of the month!

October Meeting
Our theme for the October meeting of the Lego Club was spooky structures!

May Meeting
The next meeting of our Lego Club will take place on Saturday, May 15 from 2:30 – 3:30. The theme for this meeting will be Bridges & Towers. Lego Club is open to children ages 6 – 12 and is a drop in program requiring no sign up. However, Lego Club is open to the first 25 children to arrive at the library; numbers will be given out starting at 2:15. You must meet your child at the Program Room at 3:30 for pick up. This will be our last Lego Club meeting until the fall.

March Meeting
Despite the beautiful weather we had six intrepid Lego builders at our last meeting where the the theme was the ocean. Our next meeting will take place on Saturday, April 10 from 2:30 - 3:30 and our theme will be Robots!
